Beta terms of service

This is the working draft of the terms that govern Replede's private beta. It is written to be readable and it is pending formal legal review; the reviewed version will replace this page and beta customers will be notified of material changes.

1. The service

Replede provides an AI contact form for B2B websites: an embeddable intake widget, buyer-profile enrichment, and writeback to a customer-connected CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce). Features marked beta or "rolling out" may change or be temporarily unavailable.

2. Contract and billing

Subscriptions are month to month at the tier prices published on the pricing page. There is no annual lock-in during beta. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Founding design partners keep their locked rate for as long as they remain customers.

3. Your data

You own your data. Buyer profiles, submissions, and anything written to your CRM belong to you. We process visitor data on your behalf as described on the security and privacy pages, and we delete your data on verified request or at contract end. We do not sell personal data and we do not train third-party models on your buyers' data.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Use the widget only on sites you operate, with a lawful basis to collect the data your intake requests.
  • Present an accurate privacy notice to your visitors where the widget runs.
  • Keep your CRM credentials and portal access secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect compromise.
  • No abusive, deceptive, or unlawful use — including submitting data you have no right to share.

5. Beta limitations

Replede is beta software provided "as is" during the beta period. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not yet publish an SLA. Model-inferred fields are labeled as inferences and should be treated as assistance, not as verified facts. Every submission is human-reviewed during beta.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Replede's aggregate liability under these beta terms is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. (This section in particular is subject to formal legal review.)

7. Changes and contact
