What is the contract?
Month to month during beta. No annual lock-in, no auto-renewing multi-year terms. Cancel with 30 days notice and we will help you export your data.
What counts as a buyer profile?
A buyer profile is a completed intake from a unique visitor that produces a structured record: business email, company domain, problem statement, role, budget range, timeline, and intent — each labeled with provenance. Spam, test submissions, and incomplete intakes do not count against you.
What happens if we exceed expected volume?
During beta there are no surprise overage charges. If your volume grows well past what the tier assumes, we will talk about it together before anything changes on your invoice.
How is our data handled?
Buyer profiles are processed on your behalf and written to the CRM you control. Data is encrypted at rest, CRM tokens are stored as KMS-encrypted secrets, and every field is labeled by source. The security page has the full summary, and the privacy page covers personal data.
How much implementation work is required?
One script tag on your site. Most teams are live in under a day, including connecting HubSpot or Salesforce.
