Buyer profile template
A buyer profile template is a structured set of fields that captures who a buyer is, what they need, and how ready they are to buy — so every inbound lead is described consistently and a rep knows what to do next.
The fields
- Business email — the work address that identifies the buyer.
- Company domain — the company the buyer represents.
- Role — the buyer's job and decision-making context.
- Problem statement — the problem they are trying to solve, in their words.
- Budget range — the rough budget available.
- Timeline — how soon they intend to act.
- Intent — researching, evaluating, or ready to buy.
- CRM destination — where the profile should be written.
