FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Replede is an AI contact form for B2B teams. Here are direct answers to the questions buyers actually ask — about losing chat-averse leads, pricing, data handling, and how this differs from chatbots and form builders.
What is an AI contact form?
An AI contact form is a website intake that asks focused qualification questions, captures buyer intent, and prepares structured sales context before a rep responds. Replede uses the term to mean a contact form replacement for B2B teams, not a general chatbot: the output is a sales-ready buyer profile with provenance, enrichment, and CRM writeback.
Will I lose leads who do not want to chat with an AI?
No. Replede is a form first, not a chat gate. The required fields always work like a normal form, so a visitor who ignores every follow-up question still becomes a lead. Follow-ups only add context; they never block submission. "No lead left behind" is a design rule, not a slogan.
How much does Replede cost?
Pricing is public: Base is $2,500 per month and Premium is $5,000 per month, billed monthly with no annual lock-in during beta. See the pricing page for what each tier includes.
How much work is installation?
One script tag on your site. Most teams are live in under a day, including connecting their CRM.
Which CRMs does Replede support?
HubSpot and Salesforce. Base includes one CRM integration; Premium includes a second. Profiles are written with field-level provenance and de-duplicated by business email and company domain.
Where does my data go?
Submissions go over HTTPS to the Replede API hosted on AWS (us-east-1), are stored encrypted at rest, enriched, and written to the CRM you control. CRM tokens are stored as KMS-encrypted secrets. Replede does not sell personal data or deanonymize anonymous visitors. Details on the security page.
What is Replede's GDPR posture?
Replede processes buyer data on behalf of the business operating the widget, supports access, export, and deletion requests via hello@replede.com, and maintains a public subprocessor list. A formal DPA is being finalized as part of beta legal review; the security page tracks current status honestly.
How does enrichment work?
After a visitor shares a business email or company domain, Replede adds company context from enrichment providers and keeps it separate from what the visitor actually said. Every enriched field is labeled enriched_from_provider, so reps can tell verified context from visitor-confirmed facts. More in the enrichment explainer.
What is field provenance?
Every field in a Replede buyer profile is labeled by source: captured from the visitor, inferred by a model, enriched from a provider, or an existing CRM value. Facts and inferences are never blended into one unlabeled value. See CRM writeback for how this lands in your records.
How is Replede different from chatbots like Drift or Qualified?
Those tools are conversation-first: live chat, SDR routing, and meeting booking, usually with quote-gated enterprise pricing. Replede is profile-first: a contact form replacement whose output is a structured, provenance-labeled buyer profile in your CRM. It does not try to replace your chat tool — and its pricing is public.
How is Replede different from form builders like Typeform?
Form builders collect whatever fields you configure and stop there. Replede asks adaptive qualification questions, enriches company context, infers intent with labeled confidence, and writes a deduplicated buyer profile into HubSpot or Salesforce — the work that otherwise happens manually after the form.
Is Replede production-ready?
Replede is in beta. The intake, enrichment, buyer profiles, and CRM writeback are live; conversational follow-ups are rolling out. Every submission is reviewed by a human during beta, and the first 5 design partners get a locked rate with white-glove onboarding — see pricing.
